Returns & Refunds Policy

At BOLINK ACTIVA B.V, we want you to be confident when purchasing heavy plant and machinery suitable for demolition, construction, road-building, earth-moving, forestry, farming, or landscaping.

1. Change of Mind Returns (Non-Faulty Items)

You may cancel and return an online order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging
• The customer is responsible for return transport and associated costs
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

Special Order or made-to-specification items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Damaged in Transit

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Contact us on +31 970 1020 9255. We will arrange inspection and, where applicable, repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, defective, or missing parts on delivery, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange collection and inspection. Once verified as faulty, we will offer either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund, including applicable delivery costs

Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation.

4. Warranty Returns

Most machinery is supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If a fault develops during the warranty period, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time is up to 30 days after approval
• No refund is issued before inspection of returned goods

7. Important Notes

• All fuel, oil, or fluids must be fully drained prior to collection
• Items returned in unsafe, installed, or used condition may be refused
• Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected
